These games were great at first but haven’t been working for months now, we pay for these games and contact support multiple times nothing gets fixed messages go with no return response. My 5 year old loves these games and wants to play them but they just don’t work it’s very frustrating and not worth the money! Don’t bother downloading as your child will just get upset since they don’t work properly, so parents my advice to you is save yourself the headache!

This App doesn’t work properly when playing the games

When playing the games, it redirects us to the App Store to download each individual game separately. However, when going into the games, it takes us back to the original app. It will not allow us to actually play any of the games. Instead, we just have too many installed games through this app that will not open or allow us to play. We are upset with this app and our expectations of this app has not even fulfilled our satisfaction.

Honestly I don’t like who the characters are. My child and I love theses games. But I don’t like when my child sees stereotypes in many children’s cartoons/ apps. And I also disagree with the idea of making us pay to unlock different zones of the game. That’s pointless and also just using theses games to make money. Hopefully my child finds different games or hopefully this game changes to match the comfort of us parents. -thank you .
