Kickstarting a new habit is a challenge – especially without support. Dear Me fills that gap by creating a visual representation of what you’d like to prioritise. Consistency is key, so here are some starting points to help you maximise potential when it comes to building on existing habits, starting new ones and keeping track of your progress with this everyday helper.
Get Daily Insights
Need inspiration on where to start? Tap the app’s Discover tab for Daily Insights – these bite-size graphics cover lots of topics and include self-love, habit formation and digital detox. Under Create a Routine, you can choose from things such as fitness, skincare and pet care, to name a few, and begin building your new habits.
Start journaling

On the Calendar tab, tap Journal to select what habits or tasks you want to focus on. The dropdown menu has plenty of options to choose from, but you can also create a custom habit. Choose the colour code, frequency, time and reminders. Once you’ve added your picks, tap the Today tab to get your full day’s view and log in when it’s completed.
Track your progress
On the Profile tab, you’ll be able to see total days since you started tracking your habits, total number of committed habits and personal streaks. Take the time to celebrate your wins and accomplishments – when it comes to managing your habits, it’s more about starting small and taking it slow and easy.
