Your app is good and all with the fast transfers,airtime purchases,bill payments etc but if you guys could create a master card for the atm it would be a lot of help because not everyone would want to use a commercial bank with the master card option but if it where possible you guys should create a master card so people could buy stuff on online shops that only accept master card and visa you guys could just make it and give the option for people that already have the verve card to upgrade for a little fee while those that doesn’t have the verve card could choose to either buy the master card or verve card or if you can’t do the master card you could do the verve card any one is better if not I don’t have any complaints for your services

These ppl just suspended my account with know explanation my money is still there I’ve reached out they don’t help me they said I should go and get affidavit from court and I told them I’m the owner of the the account they should release my money they’ve id m plenty times and I told them if I go to court the money I’d spend there would be much more than the money that I’m trying to bring out or the money that le in the account 😪😪 pls Moniepoint release my account pls

I thought Moniepoint was a very good bank to use … that’s why I trusted you guys and made Moniepoint my main bank.. now you people have decided to scam me … for the past 4 days I’ve been unable to use my bank with my money in it … I will log in and you’d log me out immediately… I’ve been calling customer care and you have been telling me stories (uninstall the app and reinstall it… wait for 24 to 48 hours.. blah blah blah or send the screen record of what is going on on gmail which is did twice!! now it’s more than 48 hours am still not able to use my money Now am calling for the past two days customer care you guys are not answering me you are saying customer care is busy … you people should let me use my money Am not owing you !!I didn’t commit any crime by opening an account with you guys!
