This app was really nice but they lost me with this new UI. When I heard there was a new UI update I was expecting to get something similar to the new UI on the PiggyVest app but no. I wonder if the developers of this new UI forgot that PocketApp is not only a bank app but a market place. I don’t like how this new UI is blocking half of my feed with that annoying bank balance feature, any time I’m scrolling through my feed for products, I can’t help but feel annoyed seeing how the bank balance feature is taking half of my screen space making it hard for me to see the products on my home feed. If there was a way to revert to the old app I would’ve done it immediately. If you must update at least try to use the PiggyVest approach.Again, I really wanted to give this app a 5 star but I can’t because I’ve been writing emails, requesting for a dark mode but still nothing. It might seem like an unnecessary feature to PocketApp but it’s really a big deal for people like me who have trouble looking at white backgrounds for too long. I just hope that in one of these coming updates that there’ll be a dark mode feature, so I can stop straining my eyes looking at white backgrounds. I mean if this new PiggyVest app has a dark mode feature, PocketApp should too Please fix these issues

PocketApp has made it easy to transfer money from my Piggyvest and to other accounts without charges. Also, the transaction is fast and completed within seconds. Another perk is the interest you get everyday on the money in your account. Currently, I don’t know what the badge is about, if it converts to money but that’s not an issue, though it will be nice if it converts. Being able to open the app with my faceID makes login really easy. If I have any complaints or questions, the piggyvest customer service on Instagram are quite helpful. All I just need to do is them a dm and the convo begins. I’m enjoying this app so far and I hope they keep getting better.

If it’s possible to give this app half of star I would be glad to rate it that million times cox that’s what it really deserves. Using app for transactions have always been disappointment. And to even think that piggy vest affiliate with this kind of app in transaction is more than disappointing. I have sent money to someone a day , yet to deliver and they are not reversing it. This always happen several occasions. Did another transfer to my own personal account still not delivered and their customer service line never go through neither would they ever act on your mail. I will advise you take out this your app out of the store, it’s so frustrating.

This is one of the top 3 money transfer app’s as long as Nigeria is concerned. 8 out of 10 times, their transfers go through without any hitch. Most bank app are down, while this one is flying through. I would have given it a 5 star, but they disabled the virtual dollar card facility, which is one of the main reasons i downloaded the app abi-nitio. But overall rating is very good. 8/10. When there is downtime, as it’s prevalent in the Nigerian banking ecosystem, they are very quick to rectify it. POCKETAPP is a sure bet, any day, anytime. Highly recommended.
