Using only your phone's camera, Firefly builds good workout habits by instantly correcting your form using verbal and visual cues based on your mobility level. No extra hardware, scheduling, or video calls required.

REAL‑TIME FORM FEEDBACK
The only app capable of real-time feedback on every rep, thanks to Firefly’s advanced motion tracker. Your AI coach will correct your form and posture in real time, no matter how many times you mess up.
MOBILITY ACCOMODATIONS
Freely adjust how strictly the AI coach grades your form. Firefly won’t count your reps or seconds unless you match the coach’s movements correctly as seen on screen.
REVIEW & IMPROVE
At the end of every workout, Firefly creates a 3D stick-figure replay of your movement for each exercise. Each replay highlights your mistakes and the affected areas of your body. You can also view the number of reps attempted and your average form score for each exercise. No video is recorded or stored.
PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY
To progress in any program, you must complete workouts where every rep is performed with proper depth. Only reps executed with correct depth and posture are counted. (Based on the difficulty that you set)
