Supertype

Not your typical alphabetical puzzle.

Most alphabetical puzzles challenge you to create words using specific letters. But in Supertype, you can string together the ABCs however you like. The only things that matter are how they’re shaped – and how they’ll fall.

What we love: Supertype has us looking at the alphabet in a whole new light. Study the puzzle on the screen, then type to place letters above it, taking into account how they’ll drop, swing and topple once you tap the check button. If your falling letters touch all the dots on the screen, you win!

Think of the shape first, meaning later!

Quick tip: Round letters that are able to roll, such as “o” and “e”, are perfect for using in stages with a slope. And letters with curves such as “y” and “r” can hook onto parts of the puzzle. Use the laws of physics to work out how you can clear the stage.
