Know when to hold ’em
Clearing solitaire boards can be a tall task, but you’ve got an ace up your sleeve in Candy Crush Solitaire. The Hold Slot lets you set a card aside to use later in the level (incredibly powerful for ensuring you don’t get stuck). Prefer a different card? Swap it out!
Boost away
It wouldn’t be Candy Crush without some tasty treats – and indeed, familiar boosters are here to clear the way. Play a Color Bomb to remove all available cards, or smash any card on the board with the Lollipop Hammer. And that Candy Crush flavour goes beyond the board – you’ll “candify” postcards from around the world as you complete levels. Is that Yeti picnicking in Central Park?
Score a streak
To really rake in the resources, it pays to start a streak. Fill your streak meter by clearing several cards in a row without drawing; get it high enough to unlock bonus coins, extra cards and other goodies. And if you manage to clear cards of the same or alternating colour, you’ll double your reward!
