I’ve spent hours and hours playing the different variations of Night of the Full Moon, and still can’t get enough of it. There is so much to do, with essentially 3 games in one, and each of those having multiple characters, subsidiary character builds, and/or teams of characters, with tonnes of cards and unique abilities. Re-playability is central to everything.Unfortunately, over time, the English-language version has become worse and worse. At first, the language wasn’t perfect, but it didn’t matter because it was entirely understandable. There were occasional issues with formatting, where the English text cut off at the end of a card, because the frames were designed for Chinese characters and the English text on long cards went out of bounds. Then there was a big update to the English at some point, and a bunch of the non-standard but clear English was replaced with very non-standard and sometimes confusing English. One of the most common examples is for expressions like “When card attacks, double attack”, which on some cards means “Whenever this card attacks, this card doubles its attack”, but on others it means “Whenever any card attacks, that attacking card doubles its attack”, and on others still it means “Whenever this card attacks, all other cards double their attack” or “Whenever another card attacks, this card doubles its attack”. It ends up being a 25% chance you interpret the card properly. And then, fairly recently, there was another update in which the font size was enlarged. Now, it’s no longer a rare problem that English text is cut off because it exceeds the frame - instead it is a frequent problem.Fantastic game and still worth playing - but be prepared for a lot of accompanying frustration if using the English version.
I'll tell the production team what you said, and we'll optimize it as soon as possible.Thank u for your support~
