Hello Tik Tok. I am loving being on Tik Tok. This has come as a complete surprise as I had thought it was just for our lovely youngsters. It is and it is not! 🤣 It has connected me with like minded beautiful people all around the world, as well as giving me a chance to put my teaching out there in a succinct and meaningful way. I had no idea Tik Tok could be such a wonderful platform. I take my phone to the forest and do some yoga- my dog joins in by bringing his ball. I have such spontaneous and delightful videos of him being part of the clip. It has also shown me the value of videos over photos- you get a real snippet of life and for family who are far away they can feel part of your life- for instance my son surfs professionally which means he is away from home a lot- because I now have videos of his dog Leo- he gets to see him and connect. I would never have done this if it weren’t for Tik Tok. So thank you so so much. All the best Daphne - Awaken with Yoga. 😀

Tik Tok Is an amazing app and I’m so happy that I’m on it because it makes me feel free I made a lot of new people and you can post staff and it makes you feel so much better at taking it all out there’s a lot of emotional stuff then I relate to and I’m sure some of your would relate to everything and a lot of people on TikTok know what you’re going to and post itAnd they make you feel like you’re not alone in things so I would say TikTok is an amazing app and I really recommend it for you to download it yes it has it’s upside down is by taking down videos for inappropriate things but I feel like they shouldn’t do that yes it’s some point when it’s very very bad you can obviously take down the video but don’t look at age because a lot of people love TikTok and a lot of people want to be on it so I don’t think I should do private from people being on it but thank you so much for listening to this goodbye
