I've tried a few apps to do quoting and invoicing to my clients, but could not get a single solution that worked well on all OS’s like Quickbooks does. It changed my life and productivity, allowing for quick and easy usage which leaves me more productive to do what I love and it took the effort out of bookkeeping for me. A definite must to anyone with a small business or entrepreneur like myself. It will definitely help your business scale and become more streamlined.Well done Quickbooks team!

A good app which works 80% of the time. The other 20%, I am chasing clients for overdue invoices (which the app says has been delivered) which they never received in the first place - makes me looks very unprofessional, not being able to track whether an invoice has actually been sent properly or not. One email even said it had been “viewed” even though the client swore she never received it.The back button also disappears after a while, in which case I have to close and reopen the app to navigate to another page…Hopefully these problems are resolved soon, as I like the software but am irked to be paying a subscription for something which is so buggy…

Thanks for reaching out to us here. If an invoice has been unable to deliver to the customer you'll receive a notification that the invoice was 'undeliverable'. If you haven't received this notification, please check to be sure that the customers email has no special characters included, and that it's spelled correctly. With that being said, if you're still running into issues with the back button disappearing, please check to be sure your Mobile Device is running on the latest iOS version. Then once it's up-to-date, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the App to see how it works for you afterwards. PLEASE FIX THE BUGS

The IOS App is problematic. - It reads face ID and freezes. Sometime for a whole minute, sometimes forever. Many reviewers have complained about this but the developers ignore fixing this issue.- other times allows to send invoice by Whatsapp , most times that bar never appears. The workaround this issue is to “export invoice / quote” the send by Whatsapp but of late ( since beg of March 25) , even this functionality is unreliable. Sometime the preview invoice work,sometimes is a blank screen.I like QuickBooks but i cant always use the web version because the app version is convenient on the go

Great when it works

Unfortunately with the “UPdates” quickbooks app for IPhone has gone DOWN! It freezes all the time and I often can’t get past the screen showing me the updates, it takes forever to load (when it does) and for some reason every couple of times I use it, it loads my company information from scratch- leading me to rather just use my laptop because it takes up to 15 minutes to finish loading.
