Evernote has to be one of the very best products ever. I no longer carry any heavy notebooks and Always have all my documents readily available whether I am carrying my mobile, tablet or laptop. I like the fact that Evernote doesn't lock me into a forced, lifelong relationship with either Apple or any other "hardware" supplier. I will always have freedom to choose hardware I like without worrying about losing a day's notes or other documents. Improvement areas include the need to increase number of productivity apps that integrate seamlessly with Evernote. Must also improve functionality of the notebooks by improving toolbar offering. Great product - don't mind being locked into this one provided Evernote keeps up with developments.

Having used Evernote for many years & listening to the noise of people “leaving due to poor performance” mainly during the dark days when Evernote did loose its way I tried various options touted by these users only to return to Evernote because none of these options did everything exactly the way Evernote did. Then BENDING SPOONS” came along & now Evernote is just “Simply the Best”. In the words from a very old advert “ You can stay as you are or you can change to Evernote” 😁

No matter how many note taking apps you may use (Bear, Agenda, Ulysses, Drafts, Notion and more) you'll always turn to Evernote to save the importance items. It's not just about note taking but so much more. It also gives you 10Gb of storage every month. Unless you really start to use it you'll never know how good it really is. Synching also just works without the idiosyncrasies that you have with so many other apps. Great app imho
Useless customer support

What absolutely shocking customers support. I am trying to submit an issue that I have been having with the app, so I click on customer support then I am forced to login for whatever reason. Once there there’s an option that says ‘send us an email’ but if you click on this it asks you what your issue is but doesn’t solve it or ACTUALLY give you the email to contact them. Anyway I follow the steps of what my issue is and a solution is offered which doesn’t fix my problem. I am then told to submit a ticket if my issue wasn’t answer, but absolutely nowhere is the actual option to submit a ticket!!! Apparently to submit a ticket about a concern you are having with the app is only a luxury premium users have. What a disappointment of an app. Stick to word.
