Since started listening to books on wiser my life took a turn. I started going to the gym, reading more books, became aware of how I come across and also how I treat people as a leader. I normally listen to the books on my way to work so it does not require a specific time slot.

The app bugs out often, mid book it will stop playing at the end of the chapter it will ask you to review, when you choose a new book it takes you back to the old book, you close the app and reopen it it takes you back to the old book, the app asked you for a review and derails your book. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and that did not help. As I’ve paid for a full year I am dealing with a buggy app and listening to the books but the user experience is terrible.

Bought and paid for the full accsess to read or listen to the 15 min summary of all titles.. only did one book and then now the app only offers the introduction of the book and doesn’t allow for the accsess to the chapters of the book. I wanted to use this app to get 4 book summaries a day and I’m not getting what I paid for .. sent email and no response from the wiser team .. hopefully they read this review and attempt to fix my problem .

I downloaded and purchased a full year subscription today and I am on a 3 day trail, I tried using it now and it says that the is error . Something went wrong with downloads..I tried many book but same errors..what’s going on

This company is a fraud. They offered a promotion for a year with a once off fee. Now they've deducted that amount 3 times already from my account. I contacted them many times to cancel my account. If they eventually reply they say that I have to cancel it from my side by using a few steps. Those cancellation steps are nowhere to be found. Now they're making it my problem and impossible to cancel my account while deducting monthly amounts.
