Find and clean duplicate or large photos, compress in qHD/HD/4K, exclude favorites, filter by time. All processing is local for maximum privacy.
MediaStorage Cleaner makes it easy to free up storage space. The app detects similar or identical photos – for example burst shots, different file formats, or visually alike images.
It also finds large photos over 2 MB and can compress them if you want. You can choose between qHD, HD, or 4K resolution. After compression, the originals can optionally be deleted automatically.
Photos marked as favorites can be excluded from all delete or compress actions. To speed up the process, you can filter by time range: 7 days (fast), 30 days, 3 months, 1 year, or all photos (slower).
The app currently supports 9 languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese. It also supports both Light and Dark Mode, as well as haptic feedback for a more pleasant user experience. All processing happens locally on your device for maximum privacy.
Limitations: File sizes and stats are only estimates on iOS, but this does not affect the proper functioning of the app.
