5 things we love about Mini World: Creata

Mini World: Creata is one of the most exciting playgrounds on the App Store. In this massive sandbox, you can create tools, homes and even entire mini-games. Here are just some of our favourite ways to play.

Survive and thrive

Mini World’s core Survival experience puts you alone in a strange new world. Begin your heroic quest by harvesting materials, crafting items and building a defensible home. From there, you’ll venture to explore new biomes, meet friendly characters, collect mounts, defeat monsters and eventually vanquish fearsome bosses.

Explore and transform this beautiful world to your liking.

Play the updates

Frequent updates mean there’s always something new to discover, be it biomes, maps, crafting systems or mini-game builds. Void Night, for example, transforms creatures and plants into Void forms at night. It also introduces Void Invasions, bringing in mighty invaders that will really test your defences.

The night is dark and full of terrific battles.

Look fresh

One of the first things you do in the game is set up your player avatar, but that doesn’t have to be your forever look. Choose a character based on their traits, then give it a makeover with your favourite outfit. Weapons and equipment have their own skins too, and levelled-up mounts get new appearances and abilities.

Build your own little world

In Mini World’s Develop mode, you can create your own maps with their own gameplay rules. Aspiring game designers and programmers will find their creative haven here, with robust tools such as object library, event triggers and Lua-based scripting. Even better, you can invite others to play together and showcase your creations.

Multiple ways to play

Haven’t taken the leap to make your own map yet? No worries, there are plenty of maps from other players that offer endless ways to experience Mini World, sometimes in the wildest ways. Become a monster trainer, a battle royale fighter, a tank commander, a city builder – there’s a mini-game for everything.
