Now when you play Mexican Train Dominoes Gold, it’s personal! You can change your name by selecting the "Change Name" button in the options or game complete screens, or just tap your train during a game. This feature is extra handy when you play in the Pass and Play mode with your friends and family! In addition, bug fixes and general maintenance ensure your game is super smooth.

In this update, we've improved the domino layout for iPhone users. We’ve also squashed some bugs, fixed some glitches and made improvements to enhance your gameplay experience.

Mexican Train Dominoes Gold has pulled up at the station and had a service! Not only have some pesky bugs been hoovered up, but we’ve rectified a few larger issues. You’ll notice that the game has been flipped from landscape to portrait mode on your iPhone. Now, you can use one hand to play the game if you so wish, leaving more room for you to organize your tiles, make your moves and keep track of the other players. Our player names for your AI competitors have been renewed. Firm favorites such as Esteban and Marie welcome new additions such as Oscar and Lily, plus many more! We’ve also clarified the scoreboard, so you’ll be able to keep an eye on your progress at a glance. Each update to our game is influenced by your feedback, so thank you for your help. Mexican Train Dominoes Gold is going into a new golden era! Not only have we updated it with a brand spanking new game set-up menu, we’ve also tackled and fixed some pesky bugs so you can play your game without a hitch. Future updates include scoreboard tweaks to make it just that bit clearer and we’re bringing back some character names. For iPhone players we shall increase the ease of use by rotating the game from landscape mode to portrait, so you can play on the go or at home. There’ll also be more space to organise your dominoes, which gives your tactical skills room to shine. That extra hand you’ll be gaining could hold a nice cup of tea or mug of coffee or flagon of ale, depending if you're a Viking!

Mexican Train Dominoes Gold has recently undergone a much needed remake to both modernise its look and keep it up to date with the latest technology. We’d like to thank all our players for both kind words and specific feedback. It means a lot to us as a small company. We have always taken your feedback very seriously, and your responses help our games continue to improve and grow. In this update, we’ve made the first set of changes to enhance your experience. The main alterations being the colour of the dominoes, the speed of the game, and making game length selection more obvious. The pips are back to their bright, vibrant colours and the gameplay should be just as efficient as its predecessor. Don’t forget that you can always change the play settings in our game set up with the modify rules button. Please keep an eye out for future updates as we plan for more improvements and the return of your favorite players. Esteban, Carlos and the rest will soon return with some new friends! We’ll look at making the scoreboard more accessible too, and some of you have noted that domino space is limited on the newest iPhones. To combat this we will explore the option of converting the game into a portrait mode. This will give you more space and save you from having to rotate your phones! iPad versions will remain the same. We’re up to date with the very latest iPhones, which means we’ve also updated our graphics, giving them some well-needed sprucing. There’s no need to go it alone anymore either with our pass and play feature. Play with up to three friends and choose your own independent difficulty to truly tailor the game to you. With a gameplay that’s a little silkier, our score mode feature allows you to play unlimited, accumulating rounds for unputdownable fun.
