Fixes: • Fixed a bug in the Mixing tab where phantom level meters might continue to render for output bus channel strips hidden after being pinned to the channel strip on the right side of the window. • Fixed a bug where level meters would not render when un-hiding a channel strip if that channel strip was hidden when first opening the Mixing tab. • Fixed a bug where sample rate changes not initiated by the audio driver (such as from the front panel) would not propagate to the iPadOS Thunderbolt driver after a host sleep → wake transition occurred.

New Features: • Added a new ‘Become AVB Media Clock Reference’ button in the Device tab for resolving all AVB devices on the network to the currently selected device in CueMix Pro. This functionality works with earlier-generation MOTU AVB interfaces, but they must first be updated to firmware version 1.4.7+99954 or later. For instructions on how to update earlier-generation AVB interface firmware, see this tech note. • Added a new ‘Unlock Front Panel’ button in the Device tab to exit the front panel lockout state, when enabled. • Tabs now remember their vertical scroll positions when exiting and re-entering them. This includes the Discovery, Home, Device, Inputs, and Outputs tabs. Fixes: • Fix a potential crash that could occur when constructing the AVB listener stream controls UI while a talker connected to the listener is going away. • Fixed a crash that could occur when viewing the device tab for a new generation 16A and the clock source is set to an AVB input stream that is not valid for the current sampling rate. • Fixed a UI glitch in the Routing tab where the vertical destination bank label might be cut off by a few pixels depending on the scale factor of the display.

Bug fixes: • Fixed a bug where the channel visibility settings in the Aux Mixing sidebar would actually control the channel visibility for the Mixing tab. • Fixed a bug where CueMix Pro might incorrectly consider two AAF stream formats incompatible. • Fixed a bug where the Patchbay would not render any patch cables if it had been opened to a source and destination category pair that did not have any routings between them. • Fixed some hover-related UI glitches when scrolling in the Patchbay.

New features: • Channel setting thumbnails in the Mixing tab now display current channels settings, rather than a generic “gear” icon. Fixes: • Fixed a bug where meters for outputs patched directly from a mixer post-effects source would not render in the Outputs tab. • Fixed a bug where Line In meter positions in the mixer channel settings tab might be incorrect after changing the stereo-ness of the mixer channel.

• CueMix Pro for iOS can now access a 16A connected to a host computer over USB or Thunderbolt (without the 16A itself being connected to the network via Ethernet). This feature requires the latest version of the MOTU Pro Audio v2 software to be installed on the Mac or Windows host computer. • The Patchbay now displays the individual sources or destination for each item in the list, if it has any. • The Patchbay “disconnect” buttons (with the minus sign) now indicate whether there is a single connection or multiple connections to be disconnected. • Added a “Disconnect” button for the currently connected device in the Discovery tab, which can be helpful for resetting the connection, if needed (for troubleshooting). • The Info Bar at the top of the CueMix Pro window now displays the name of the mix or aux bus currently being controlled by the ‘On Faders’ setting or Aux Mixing tab. • In the Mixing tab, a Channel Settings thumbnail (with the gear icon) has been added. Click it to access the channel’s settings. • General graphic improvements have been made throughout the CueMix Pro user interface. New CueMix Pro features that require firmware version 2.1.5 or later: • Channel names in the Inputs and Outputs tabs can now be edited. • Source and destination names in the Patchbay can now be edited. • Channel names in the Mixing tab can now be edited. • The channel name in the Channel Settings tab can now be edited. • Added “one-click” run-time firmware updating with the ‘Update Now’ button in the Device tab. • Added the ability to perform firmware updating over network connections from a web browser using the following URL: http://[ip address]/update. To get the IP address, go to the front panel menu Network setting.

• Fixed an issue where the device list in the Discovery tab may stop updating after sending the app to the background. • Fixed an issue where sample rate changes made from the front panel or from CueMix Pro may not propagate from the iPad audio driver to core audio.
