I loved the search feature because it can be very hard to find information without it! There were good options to chose from whether I will be at home or traveling!

I have tried booking 2 different appointments in the past few months and both times it said “pending” and then disappeared with no email or anything saying they were booked. There was no confirmation and no email explaining why these appointments were cancelled. I even tried calling to ask them what happened and there was no answer and the call said to book on the app when that was the issue in the first place. I really enjoyed having my dog boarded in May and he loved it, but once they got the app they’re way of running things and customer service went down hill.
The app is pointless.

They also advertise cameras and kennel cams to watch your dog, BUT THERES NO WHERE TO WATCH IT. Why are you advertising this??? I contacted customer service and they said it’s not available… WHY ARE YOU ADVERTISING THIS?? WORST APP EVER

The app does not allow me to actually change the name of my pet from the neme of “Puppy #1”, this should be a basic function!Second, it would be great if the app actually keep a journal of all your previous appointments for your pets as well. This seems like something everyone could use. Overall this a very basic app and could use more development.
