The Troy University mobile app is much improved! We have a brand new look and several new modules that provide you with lots of great information at your fingertips. We have incorporated the Trojan Warrior Spirit campaign into our launching page, our new “get spirit” module, and our new “#troyuspirit” module. We have a new “admissions” module where prospective students can apply to become TROY Trojans. The new “bookstore” module allows all TROY students to view and order textbooks. The new “helpdesk” module allows students to request and receive assistance. The new “library” module takes students to the library using their mobile devices. The new “social hub”, “greek life”, “dining”, “catalogs”, and “oracle” modules provide students with quick information about TROY. Download the new and improved Troy University mobile app today!

Springboard Personalization: Now, TROY Mobile isn’t a one-size-fits-all app. The placement of the modules within the TROY app can be organized to fit your preference. Just press and hold a module until it jiggles, then drag and drop it within the existing screen, or move it to another one. Augmented Reality: TROY Mobile now allows the University community to explore the TROY campuses in a whole new way! Augmented Reality for maps and places leverages your phone’s camera, GPS, and compass to identify the buildings on campus in 3D, interactive view. With a tap, view walking time from a current location and view other details about the places around campus. Events: The events module gives you quick access to the events that are happening around campus. You can add the events that are most important to you to “My Calendar” within the events module. Places: The places module allows you to view information about bookstores, buildings, dining, highlights, libraries, and residence halls of the campuses. You can access the places module two ways: (1) by choosing the “places” module from the springboard or (2) by choosing the “maps” module from the springboard and then choosing the places button in the lower right corner. Public Radio: The public radio module allows you to listen to Troy University Public Radio. This module also allows you to learn about, contact, and support Troy University Public Radio.
