I downloaded the app to give them a chance and I am actually worried about identity theft. The app is basic and offers nothing but before you can look at anything you have to put your card information in. Red Flag but I did and even after that they have nothing that I want or need as they cater to 1 store. So made an attempt to delete my card information. Wont let me. Tried to contact support and it’s literally like an aol chat room. Dead and I’m the only participant. Stay away from thisDon’t know who the other three reviewers are but I can only imagine it’s the 4 employees that it claims to work there via Linkdin

Ok, so — at time of writing, at least — the app still has some bugs. But what Quick Kitty also has is a VERY dedicated & responsive team behind it. Between the incredible service & the fact that you can request pickup & delivery of *literally anything* using their “Book A Driver” feature (in addition to the usual “shop at specific stores” options that all the other delivery apps have), this is the delivery app you’ve been waiting for.

I have tried this app repeatedly to get a vape delivered, as it’s the only possible option I can find in Clarksville, to no avail. I can never get a driver to pick up my bid, even with a huge ($10+) tip. I’m so done. It’s frustrating, confusing, and not user friendly by any means.

So far drivers have been quick to deliver . Easy to navigate app.
