I have never wrote a review of a app but i got my money so im ecstatic. I had got paid an echeck from my employer so i had to print out the check. Man…why did i do that. Everywhere i took the check no one would cash it because they thought it was a fraudulent check. They wouldn’t even verify the funds because that’s all they had to do was call the bank. But because the check was printed on regular print paper(mind you is the only way you can print echecks),and on top of that my city dosent have that bank(Chase) that is written on the check, they wouldn’t even call to verify the funds and the check. I just looked it funny a piece of paper. Even my own bank wouldn’t let me mobile upload it. I checked everywhere until PayPal said that I could mobile uploaded check to my account. But since I see that they go through Ingo, I just decided to skip past PayPal and deal directly with Ingo. So I downloaded the app uploaded my check. They verified my check in minutes. And approved my funds and sent the payment directly to my debit card. I was just waiting to get rejected or expect to go through some long verification process, but none of that happened. I know nobody uses checks anymore but thank god for Ingo to handle that. My only caveat is that the fees are kind of harsh and the customer service is it that great(long wait times) but i dont care because I have my money in less than 10 minutes.

This company is THE most inept and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I cashed checks aplenty, they made a ton of money in their fees off of me. No problem, being able to cash checks right away was crucial to my bottom line. Then one night….It was Christmas, I’m given multiple checks. I submitted them, they cashed them and then immediately suspended my account for, to this day, I’m aparrently not aloud to know. Emailed repeatedly, called, to inquire, told it was being escalated for a 2nd review. I was supposed to be contacted in 24-48 hrs. Nothing - crickets. I asked what it was exactly that I violated? No, She cannot tell me, more like, WILL NOT tell me because if there is a case in front of her to escalate for a further review, you can bet the reason is there in front of her. No amount of contacting and calling these ignoramouses got me anywhere. I was simply banned for cashing checks like I had always done. By the SAME people! Do yourself a favor and avoid this group of disrespectful and ignorant individuals and look for another way to cash your checks. They ban you for no reason when you’ve been a good customer. That’s just wrong!

SoI received my child tax credit check went to deposit check was it came back approved then was asked to write void on the check That’s when things got a little crazy I could not find a pen two minutes went by and found a pen wrote void on the check then I got a message saying that the check was not approved after I already wrote void on the check so I disappoint I’m starting to get really frantic this is that 1 PM I called IngoI was on hold for 55 minutes before I got a customer service representative I wish I knew her name she was terrible she did not help me whatsoever just kept repeating our team will deposit your money within 24 to 48 hours didn’t ask me no questions about the check didn’t ask me no questions about anything seem like she was in a rushTo get off the phone so then I called two hours later again on the line for 50 minutes before someone answeredAnd then somehow when they answered it got disconnectedAt this point I’m losing my face everything that could go wrong seem like it was going off so I try one last time and hour later I called again was on the line for 40 minutes but it was worth every minute LaToya came online when I say she was so very helpful she stayed right with me through the whole thing even after things were Getting very crazy and hectic trying to link accounts and cards But she assured me that we were going to figure it out and get to the bottom of it and sure enough that’s exactly what she did she figure it all out and got it situated for me and got my phones transferred to my account I am so happy that I got her as my customer rep tonight I wish all customer reps were like her LaToya definitely deserves a raise LaToya thank you a million times over you are the bestA++++++++++++++++++++++++

There is a reason banks do not offer this service. It’s simply not profitable. If you’re in a pinch, paying a relatively small fee for a near instant deposit sounds like a lifesaver. But based on others reviews and my own personal experience they will probably deny the check. In my case no reason could be provided, but they said the decision was final. This is after I gave them my social security number and permission to distribute and sell my personal information however they see fit. Don’t believe me? Here’s a quote from the privacy policy, “ We may also share information with a service provider that performs marketing services on our behalf, or with a financial institution with whom we may conduct joint marketing.” They’re collecting your data (even data from your card issuers) and selling it, regardless of whether or not they provide you with the service. Odds are, if you have less than excellent credit, or are in a real pinch they’ll just leave you hanging and take your data. If I had known my credit score and recent financial history was going to so heavily affect whether or not I could pay them to use their service, I would not have given them access to any of my information. Unfortunately none of this is illegal. And since I was not charged for attempting to use the service, I have no recourse except to warn future would-be users of this nefarious plot. I know you’re here because you’re desperate and need that check cashed yesterday, but if you can at all help it, avoid this app like the plague.
