I’ve ordered roughly 10 frames from Framebridge and I’m always pleased with the quality of the product. I usually order using files from my IPhoto stream and the picture quality is always great. Once a frame arrived with a crack in the glass, and they sent another frame free of charge. I didn’t even have to return the damaged one. All in all, this is a great innovative company that allows you to use all those great photos on your phone. And they make ordering gifts easy as you can do everything from your phone too!

Having an iPhone 7+ has allowed me to take some fantastic photos, particularly of my family. I’m too busy to go through the hassle of printing the photos and framing them myself- and using a custom service is too costly. After finding this app I’m happy that I can finally get so many of my favorite photos off of my phone and onto my wall. Framebridge is truly disruptive in that it allows you to have high-quality framing of your favorite pics and other items at a very reasonable price.

I waited well over a week to complain regarding the fact I hadn’t received a shipping container for my custom art (included with purchase). They assured me it was as an innocent mistake by their shipping partner and I’d received a new container on 4/12 (at least they gave me a tracking number). It still isn’t here (11pm 4/13). Tracking shows my initial “ship to Framebridge” container might be here 4/19. Over 3 weeks after first ordering and paying, with NO updates from the company. I order originally hoped to frame a custom piece of art gifted to me by my best friend. I’m extremely disappointed. No $300 art guarantee really means anything when art is true to your heart and when the company can’t even care enough about you or your art to give you updates. Do not use if you care about your art.

This is the ONLY company I will use for my framing needs! The quality of their frames are superior given their incredibly reasonable prices, and their customer service is like none I’ve ever seen. They are fanatical about making you happy! Did I mention the free designer service? This company has a team of amazing designers that will recommend frames and mats for you for FREE. Yes, free! Who does that? I use the service all the time, they’ve earned a customer for life! I hope they add retouching services! :)
