Similar to other users, this app will no longer pair with my ZE8000’s. The connection times out. There’s no way to access the equalizer, firmware updates, or the full functionality of the earbuds. To the company: we, your customers, paid a premium price for these earbuds and trusted you enough to choose your company over others. It’s your duty to provide us with a working product. Abandoning this product is unacceptable. Please fix.
App does not connect to my ZE8000

I feel cheated. I bought these with the idea I could make sound adjustments with the app. The app never connects. It times out. It has never connected with my ZE8000 earbuds. There seems to be no way of contacting the company or the app developer.

I can no longer connect to my ze8000’s with this app. It used to work fine but now it has been months. Tried re pairing the buds, reinstalling the app, it just spins and eventually times out. Please fix.

I can barely get the app to show my ze8000 now, and when it does it times out trying to set up multi point. Genuinely terrible experience at this point.
This update from Apple will improve the functionality of this app. No new features are included.
