It's good overall but has some bugs. It is fantastic that there is a system for leadership to report issues to the Facilities group. However, the emails sent to the AA (and subsequently sent to the mechanics) do not have the building name or issue description in the subject line or email header thus making it difficult to coordinate repairs effectively. The mechanics that make the repairs have no way to communicate to the AA that the order is complete through the fir app. The mechanic will have to send an email to the AA or phone the AA to communicate that the work order is complete or if there are additional problems. This particular process is not time effective and detracts from the mechanics overall productivity. Please set up a way for the mechanic to report back completion or further issues with the app to the AA. It would be nice if the mechanic could communicate through the app that would auto generate an email to the AA that the work order is complete. Thank you!

We need a way to report back what we found and did to remedy the problem OR what will be required to fix it right. Then, we need to be able to close them out - ALL within the app.As it is now, the admins have to retype the WO into a report which they then have to send to us who fix things, we in turn, must do the work or tell them why not, then we have to retype AGAIN the info and report that it can be closed, then the admins have to retype & close each order. MANY man/woman hours wasted! PLEASE help this tool save us time, so we can all do more work and make our bldgs. more beautiful and functional. Thanks.CSM in Lovell

**UPDATE**Back again with more complaints since feedback is only seen as that. I’m still giving zero stars and I continue to not be able to use this app at all. I can’t stand seeing all the ways the church exploits missionaries to get more members to pay tithing, to guilt members to pay a full tithe, and then they use that tithing money to get richer and richer WHILE NOT EVEN PROVIDING SATISFACTORY CONDITIONS FOR THOSE MEMBERS TO WORSHIP IN! Listening to these testimonies is ridiculous to say the least. They all, we all deserve better than this. ************************************Zero stars is really my rating but I guess I have to give one as required by apple. For the amount of money this church has and collects it is UNACCEPTABLE that this app ever doesn’t work (currently I’m only getting errors). Also UNACCEPTABLE is the condition we are expected to worship in. Our building is falling apart and NO REPORTS are taken seriously. We have no AC in the summer and no heater in the winter. Our building is a storage facility for chairs and all the organizations needs (like youth camp gear, etc) with no hope of getting an outbuilding. No pavilion for outdoor activities. How are you going to get rich off the requirement for donations to get into heaven and then force those same people to bend over backwards to keep the church afloat. We are the boots on the ground, in the weeds, spreading the good word. We deserve better than this!

Overall good, but when the issue type or other required information can not be selected, there is no way to save the report and then try again later. Also - the email system notifies when the work order is created but fails to notify when the job is scheduled for repair or when the repair is claimed to be completed. Thus, local leaders can not inspect to verify the work is done or meet with service providers to make sure the issue is properly described to them and handled appropriately. The a/c in the chapel of our building (Florida) has not worked consistently for months, and once again it is claimed in the app to be fixed but we arrive Sunday morning to a warm chapel 😟
