I am a recruiter for a state military agency, and we often recruit at trade shows and community events. I was looking for a way to move away from paper for capturing contact information from people, and tried several kiosk applications. From the moment I found Envoy and signed up for a free account, I have been amazed at how easy it was to setup and customize with our unit logo, manage the fields and information we need to capture for follow up communications, and add my other recruiters and assign them administrator access. This app meets my needs perfectly, and the free version has all the features I need.
Lacking very important WEEKEND SUPPORT

Hope you don’t ever need support Friday evening-Monday. There is NO TECH SUPPORT Friday evening thru Sunday and limited on Sunday enough that look still will have to wait until Monday. Monday that can help you very with important tech issues. I got stuck in an event on a Saturday and was getting an application error when I scanned. I had to stop registration all together. Resulted in me emailing every department I could that I had emails for. No one even On-Call. No one could answer not even the Sunday crew. Had to wait until billing team in on Monday. Although the error was in their end “CHARGEBEE REQUEST DENIED “when trying to upgrade my account for more features for the event. Have to wait until Monday. I don’t understand how a software company that provides event features can be OFF over the weekend. 2nd time I need support was this morning. They can’t fix my account until Monday…… my event is TODAY😡Also, don’t connect Eventbrite late. Connect BEFORE you start selling tickets. PROBLEMS: 1. Envoy Only imports BUYER information. 2.) No additional or multiple ticket info imported. 3) ONLY tickets purchase after you integrate to Eventbrite will sync You cannot get already sold tickets to import. Not an option.

Login bug…?

Why is it that EVERY time the app is updated, I have to go through a tedious login process? Is this an old bug that’s stuck on my device or is this the usual situation for your users? Once I login, I should not need to login again when the app updates. Just keep that session active… imagine if that happened with many other apps. People would be going insane having to login over and over again to their apps.

Downloaded the app to “make the sign-in process easier” as a guest at my partner’s workplace. What follows is my experience with it in the first 10 minutes.Filled out the info, received the confirmation email (on my phone as instructed by the app), and the app opens... and nothing... as annoying as a stuck loading screen can be.Tried 3 times, even trying to tap the link in the email and then allowing the app to open directly, THEN tried cancelling the first dialog box and allowing the tap of the web browser button to allow the call to open the app. It would appear that the registration process is either broken or servers are down? But as a first experience, this was the worst it could be. Hence, 1 Star. Might give it a go again if it gets fixed. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
