The new ambient AI features works seamlessly and returns near perfect documentation every single time. minimum edits were needed. app is also very easy to use, never slow! also appreciated prompt improvements and bug fixes to the app from developers.

We have had patient keeper in the hospital setting now for several months. At least once a month, the app will not refresh at all for several days, and many times when it’s supposed to be up and running, there is information such as nursing notes, labs, etc that have not crossed over. As someone who frequently works weekends, this is frustrating as I’ve had to wait (at least at my facility) until the next open weekday to have it addressed and hopefully rectified. This is our portal to be able to look at records from home as well, so when getting calls from nursing staff, etc or trying to follow up from labs that were ordered prior to leaving the hospital, it has become somewhat untrustworthy to provide this service.

The app was glitchy before to begin with. Please fix the issue with the modules, they keep being rearranged to default. Now they added a cherry on top. After recent updates, you have to log into different things thru the app to review the charts. Now, you can’t stay logged in. After it logs you in, it kicks you, says session expired. You try again, it does the same over and over. You close the app completely, launch it again, and try to log in, you log in, then it kicks you out again. Patients charts are now very secure, even I can’t access them. Good job!

App is slow and has many frustrating bugs. The app does not save settings properly. If I change or customize my settings in any way they always revert back to default and I have the “new to the app?” Pop-up over and over. Even after I disable the “prompt to take your” feature it still does it. Plus it times out way too quick. I have to put in my password at least 20 times per day even though I have Face ID. Totally ridiculous.
- Improved EHR workflow: Notes generate immediately after recording, no more waiting for an Expanse document. Once generated, notes sync automatically to the EHR in the background.
- Pending tab now includes new 'Pending EHR Sync' and 'In EHR' sections so providers always know their note's status.
- A redesigned Clinical Copilot with a smoother and more intuitive experience for providers.
- General bug fixes and reliability improvements.
