It's about time! I like that with this version you get to combine different characters, to suit your own personal opinion of how the characters look. If you don't care for the new character Dr. Orchid, you can pay $3 and get Mrs. White the classic housekeeper. There is also a secondary version of Mrs. White for $2, and she appears to be a distinguished entertainer rather than a housekeeper. Mr. Green has two different personas: the classic plump middle aged clergyman or businessman, or the more modern rendering of a young mercenary or playboy. There are young and old versions of Professor Plum and Colonel Mustard and Mrs. Peacock as well. Miss Scarlett doesn't change much in her two personas, but that's just my opinion. In addition to Dr. Orchid, there are other new characters to play as, like Inspector Gray, who appears to be an elderly private detective gone bad. There is Miss Peach, Prince Azure, Monsieur Brunette (with a cool eye-patch), and Madame Rose. You can play the old classic board or a more modern version that brings the rooms closer together. The weapons are still the same from the classic version. I highly recommend this to anyone who is a fan of the Clue board game, as I think they will find a lot of fun. The only bad thing I can say about it is that it costs money, a grand total of something like $20, to get all the new characters and the option of different versions of the old characters. But apart from that, I have nothing to complain. Thank you for finally bringing this game in to the family of mobile-device users!

I just bought the game and have played it nonstop for a day. Honestly, a lot of fun and a very smooth game. They make it simple and easy for note taking by making it automatic and also allowing you to make your own notes, with a few symbols. However, one con about the game that I found after playing for a day, is that there isn’t that rewarding feeling after the strategic puzzling you’ve gone through to win. Really wish there was some reward incentives other than seeing your name climb the leaderboard. I understand that there are in app purchases for better game cosmetics, however, I think you should unlock some cosmetics to be earned as a reward incentive. For example, unlocking certain characters with the stars you earn instead of using it towards the leadership board. I think it would be highly unlikely that someone would pay $2.99 for one character, when they can pay $5.99 for a character pack or $6.99 for a theme pack with the characters and board included. You can also add unlocking other things with stars like profile pictures, profile frames, and character frames. I took a look at the latest update which was 5 months ago. I hope you guys really take this into consideration for the next update, as I believe this could make the game so much better and so much more addicting!

I like playing clue for the strategy. While there is still some involved in this app version, I’ve been frustrated to find this game does most the thinking for you by deductions you don’t even have a chance to make (i.e. every round of guesses it automatically records on your sheet all the cards that every other player does not have, rather than having to figure that out for yourself)— and deductions many players wouldn’t even be able to make left to their own skill. The only way I have fun on this app is by playing real people and manually writing a clue sheet per every game so I can make my own deductions (and this is already with “hints off”— can’t imagine how mindless it would be when provided with even extra help). But even when you manually make you’re own clue sheet it’s extremely extra tedious by the addition of new characters every single game you play (like “Brunette”, “Watson” or “Rose”) so you can’t use the same clue sheet on your next game but have to rewrite the character options every time due to a rotating inconsistent cast of characters. Also—- not sure why there needs to be so much animation and the time lag for rolling dice. Guess I can’t speak for others- but I’m playing the game to work my brain and compete, not to be entertained by fancy graphics or watch digital dice get rolled. I love clue the board game. I wish this app could have a more “true to the original game” option for those of us that like to think and win for ourselves without aid from AI.

All the things in this Game R awesome! The only thing that I would change is maybe just leave out the purchases but if you can’t leave out the purchases I would totally recommend lowering the price or even having no price at all that’s what I would really recommend. I really like how you can switch between easy medium and hard because I’m usually easy/medium level but I sometimes do hard. Could you put a box where you could type a message to the other players? I really like to interact with people and I think that interacting with the robots or your friends or whatever would be awesome. I also like the hints because sometimes you just need a hint really bad. Thank you so much for adding the cancel button!!! I almost made an accusation (for example, Professor Plum in the lounge with the dagger), but I clicked the cancel button because I didn’t want to accuse too early, I want to verify so thank you for making the cancel button!Maybe the app can not take up so much storage?If you read this review, developers, Please listen to this review.
