I am 100% absolutely obsessed with this game, just ask any of my friends and family and they will all tell you that I am a die hard candy crush soda saga player. This game is my life and I’m so sucked in that I don’t think I can ever come out, but sadly even the good games end up having their faults. Recently I’ve noticed that when you make a move the candy that falls down to fill up the empty space falls very fast and the whole game seems to move at a faster speed. The fishes swim faster, the stripe candies stripe faster, the wrapped candies explode faster, and the powerful chocolate candy ball destroys faster. I don’t know if this is just my phone or a bug or a new update but needless to say I am NOT a fan. I feel rushed now while playing the game and it gives off a whole new vibe. Part of me feels like since I’ve been on the same level for the past week (which is one of the longest, if not THE longest I’ve ever been stuck on a level) it feels the need to motivate me and force me to solve it faster. I don’t even know if that’s why it’s truly occurring or if anyone else is experiencing this problem or if you (the app creators) will even understand what I am talking about. To conclude my review/minor complaint/hopeful constructive criticism, I love his game with all my heart but due to the games recent ~activity~ I have become a little agitated and feel rushed while playing the game that I have grown so much to love! I hope you understand what I mean and where I am coming from and that you will try to seek and solve this tragic problem.

Glitches, crashing, losing awards

I’ve gotten addicted to this game and eventually made purchases after I’ve sworn not to. But same issues as many others (read reviews). I win a level and it keeps popping and points rack up but before it finishes it kicks me out and it’s no longer considered a win and I have to start the round over again. And it’s usually on a hard level that has taken me so long to conquer. Also many times I’ve been “so close” so I’ll spend gold bars to continue and get kicked out. When I go back in the gold bars have been deducted but I have to start over again. And it’s extremely frustrating no matter what but even more so when you’ve purchased them and lost then or they’ve been taken from you. Also I actually don’t mind paying for some things but $6.99, $8.99, $9.99, etc. Really? If you made more of the packages from $.99 to maybe $4.99 you would probably see many more purchases. Some of the packages are ridiculously priced especially for what you get. And the golden ticket special offer is always the same so will never bother with that. It something doesn’t change soon I’m out. I’ve quit once and one day I started playing again. I wish I hadn’t. If I quit again it will be for the last time. I hope you’re hearing your customers. You may think paying customers may come and go but you will always have new ones to replace them. But if you made a few little adjustments such as the ones I suggested as well as others you could retain customers and have reoccurring payments.

Only a three star because I have around 62 friends in this game, the only way I can send any lives. Is they go to each and every name tap on it show their profile and then I can click on send life. I addressed this in feedback and was told many others have also, to check archives which has over100s. How sad that the developer will not add a send all that is the biggest drawback of this game. It seems the developers is only interest in his self and not in his players opinions is all they do is archive the sent lives feedback .That is so sad. Because I know most of us prefer spending our time playing the game not having the go one by one to send out lives even when I’m not able to play I usually check my games to send out lives cause nobody likes to run out of life when they’re really enjoying them themselves. So if you’re like me and enjoy, sending lives to other people either on your team or in the game, this is not the best game to play. I don’t always have the time to play a lot Daily so I’m usually kind of happy to see the No life’s left. Although I’ve had this game for a long long time I’m actually thinking of deleting it. Have click on submit 3 to 4 times and it’s still does not show up so I took screenshots of the whole thing cause I don’t believe rewriting stuff. It’s just a waste of my time so I’m going to try one more time instead instead of submit. I’ll hit the up arrow on my keyboard.

Are they just bugs or part of a scheme to get you to pay money?

Although this game is entertaining, it is full of “bugs” that make it infuriating. Mainly the problems are with the ads. When you decide to watch ads to get some extra turns, so often the ads are defective and it will not allow you to watch them. Examples are the ads don’t play at all and you get an “oops” message, or the ad starts to play and when it finishes You are left with a black screen that You cannot exit out of unless you restart the app, at which point you lose all progress you have made. What is also infuriating is when you are playing 4 in a row and you finish a row and get your prize, and then you want to start another 4 in a row and it won’t let you. You are given messages like “no Internet connection”or “you already ticked that tile” or something that you know just isn’t right. So you have to wait, and you are left playing a game or two while you are not playing toward any 4 in a row prize. Any progress you might have made during those games that could’ve been applied to 4 in a row is played in vain. Another bug is when you win prizes in Kimmy’s Arcade, they don’t show up in your boosters immediately. So if you won boosters that last for 10 minutes for example, by the time they show up on your 2nd game since playing the arcade, they’ve lost several minutes worth of time. So you really don’t win 10 minutes of a wrapped Candy, you only win 7 minutes. Also the graphics take up a long time dancing around and making sparkles which also takes away from any time won. I keep thinking that you will fix these bugs in the next update that is put out, but it never happens. I’m beginning to think they are features and not bugs.
