Im trying to find support for this app but website has no contact at all. I cannot connect it to the health app and need support. Or a new app i guess. Bummer. Also wish it recoded DAILY cuz i always forget to hit record before my bike ride and only after realize it and have no idea how many miles i rode. Would be great if it just recorded daily and then erased it within 24 hrs cuz id def save it right after the ride.

Premium subscription inaccessible after getting new phone
MSP resident
Paid for premium then got a new phone and now even when I sign in I’m not in premium. If I try to go to manage subscription it still shows that I’m signed up until 2027 but in the app premium features are blocked. I tried everything that usually works on other apps like delete and reinstall, still nothing. Edit: After a lot of running around that shouldn’t have been necessary I was able to recover my account on my own without having received a response from the dev. Upgrading to 3 stars because the app is nice, just pray you never need support.

No navigation on Apple Watch

Although this app looks slick and powerful as far as the iPhone app goes, it’s completely useless to me. I don’t ride with a phone mount, most of the time I don’t even have my phone at all I go out with my Apple Watch Ultra. I can already track rides with the built in workout app, so I got this on the promise of planning/discovering routes and using navigation on my watch. It does not do navigation on the watch, at all. Other workout apps have navigation on the watch, even if it’s simplified, so it’s not a hardware limitation. If you want to use this with your phone it seems great, but if you are looking at this for your Apple Watch, don’t bother.

Good routes but not perfect for every situation

The app is good at developing routes for different types of bikes and different goals but when it comes to actually using it for navigation it does lack a little. If you have somewhere you can mount your phone to view what it wants you to do it’s pretty easy to follow but if your planning on putting it into your pocket and using the voice navigation it will definitely be difficult. The intervals at which it gave directions where inconsistent such as sometimes it would give lots of warning before a turn and sometimes it would not tell you to turn until you were pretty much cat the turn. Sometimes it also just didn’t give a direction and so I found at a few points I was having to take out my phone and look and see what it wanted me to do. I’m not sure if it was just the app I was using to listen to music but I also found when the cycling app would give a direction the music would not get quieter as it does with most car navigation apps. I like that you can save routes though and that it will route you based on your bike. One problem I had with other apps bike feature was you could not select a road surface to ride on so often time I would get put onto gravel paths with this I can choose only for paved paths and it will still be able to find quite roads and even paved bike paths. I have not yet used the public routes app but it is there I’m not sure if it’s just my area that does not have many people posting public routes but I imagine in city and high population areas that could be useful for finding places to ride. I only am using the free version and it has enough features. Maybe someday I will upgrade to the paid version but first I would want for the voice navigation to become better. Overall for a free app it’s pretty good.
