I’ve played this game for almost around 9 yrs and I’m stuck at Level 13. I will be at that Level forever unless I plan on going Bankrupt. They will not get another dime from me. When I first started you could play on 20mil for days now you can only play on it for 1-3 minutes. If you have a problem and you send a request to Customer Service they don’t read/listen to your problem they just assume your wanting free chips. They will send you a automated message back that says “we only give out chips once a week on Mondays refer to Email sent previously”. Then you have to send a reply to this Email and argue your point back and forth through Emails. I’ve done this so many times I gave up. Oh and they say they will respond within 24-48 hrs ya they do with the automated message but it will take days for a actual message to come. A major problem within the last couple years is that STALKERS are using this App to STALK you. I have had several men/women a day ask be friends on here and if you accept them they start saying inappropriate things, asking personal questions, and sending inappropriate pics. The only reason a person would accept someone as a friend on here is to have a gamer to play this game with. If it’s someone you personally know then that’s different. But don’t trust anyone on here because some are not who they say they are. Same with any internet site. This is a game not a dating site. Be Careful there are Stalkers andthis game is very ADDICTIVE.Be aware the reviews in here that give 5 Stars are not realAlso there other App Jackpot Magic Slots is exactly the same.

Aristocrat, you have beautiful slots at the casinos. Flashy lights and all, this platform is bringing down your product. I refuse to play anything at a real casino with your name plate on it. That’s how bad it’s got when traveling for my entertainment. First off, i rarely leave reviews for anything, but here it goes. I never thought big fish casino can get tighter then they were when i first started an account years ago but when aristocrat purchased the platform for nearly a billion dollars they made the slots even tighter. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this game. It is a scam and a rip off they use software to locate players with potential gambling problems. They prey off of those people. A lady lost over 400k playing this game and had to claim bankruptcy. This game isn’t worth the stress or the loss of time. Steer clear and don’t play their casino games. Maybe try one of their other games which aren’t their money makers but I’m sure their servers are slow because they aren’t a cash cow like big fish casino and jackpot magic slots. Maybe one day they will adjust and lighten up but i don’t see that ever happening, they will return the money they spent in purchasing from church hill downs inc. i hate to say i even miss them as owners and they were almost as tight but they would allow wins when purchasing. But aristocrat leisure, take full advantage of people with addiction and tighten the slots when purchasing. Lots of love to those battling addiction and know that there is always help. Now that big fish games is considered gambling in the state of Washington, they may institute gambling anonymous but yet again, i don’t see that happening.

I have played big fish casino for years.. even there other casino app as well. I do enjoy this one more but the jackpots are non existent. I have never hit one and I’m level 172. Betting max doesn’t make a difference unless you hit big which is very rare. I will say I have spent quite a bit of money on this game (not proud of it) because it is addicting and fun. But the wins are so few in between, spin 32 times betting 25million and never hit one thing. Not even a small 1million win. And the VIP status is a joke. There’s nothing that comes with that but having the store provide more coins, which you have to spend money on. And they never do the VIP deals like they used to. Then what’s the point of being VIP? I’m tier 9 on mine and it means nothing. A lot of ways this game could improve instead of constantly adding new slots. Make the wins higher so people can enjoy it more, also awarding jackpots to players who have trillions of coins is odd to me. And they aren’t even as active as the ones who ritually play and hit nothing. There are a lot of improvements they could make but I have complained once about the game kicking me out when I hit 4 haunted houses on wicked spins at 25million bet and they told me that there was nothing they could do and just gave me 50,000 coins for the “inconvenience” I mean I get more than that on my daily spin lol. But overall, don’t spend money on this game. I have learned my lesson and have actually taken a break from this app. But try it out without spending your money

Let me start off and say that this is my first review and probably will be my only review of an app. I cannot express how much boredom and time this game has killed for me.I’ve had many accounts over several different phones so it’s my number one time killer. This app is very well put together and has events to get the community involved. If you are looking for a game that has slot machine fun then this is it. The slots have good odds and run smoothly which can keep anyone glued to their phone. I will say this though, although the slots seem to be getting upgrades with sleeker slot machines and events to go with them being added very frequently, it seems as the developers have forgotten about their other casino games. The Texas Hold’em game seems as if hasn’t had an update in three years. It just looks clunky on the newer phone screens. I’m not saying it is unplayable but it does bother me a bit having two thick black lines on the top and bottom of my screen. I wish that the developers would take a little time work on the other games to make them as sleek as the slot machines. I would recommend this app to any and everyone whether your a beginner or seasoned veteran.
