Knowify has been the core software for my company for about 2 years. The customer support is excellent and the value is incredible for what we do. That being said the application causes a lot of work on the back end for me. Correcting time entries, telling the employees to refresh the app multiple times before the app will reflect the desktop schedule, offline mode not working at all, etc. I have been told that an updated completely new app is in the works. I can’t wait for that. An updated app is exactly what Knowify needs to take it to the next level.

This app is terrible, you can’t navigate pages without it trying to reset its self. If you leave the app open for several hours it will log you out. If you don’t want location on it will give you 3-6 errors about it every time you try to use it. The calendar has a poor set up. Would not recommend this app to anyone else, not sure why my company even uses it.

Several things do not work correctly. When you allocate resources or employees it doesn’t always show up. They should make scheduling a lot simpler like Tsheets. It looks like they haven’t made any updates for a year or so.

Really terrible app. Guys in the field ALWAYS have problems clocking in and out. Several times, time entries don’t load properly for payroll. System is buggy. I would avoid knowify all together.

Don’t work well it doesn’t pen point location well

iPhone 11 Pro Max doesn’t show hours on main screen previous jobs hours etc.
