I set this up weeks ago and now that it’s 3 am the app was responding and needed to be set up. Amazed to understand how it was working from various apps nut not the one that needed help. Hope this doesn’t continue. As weeks have gone by I have been able to fix all my techie problems when setting up the smart app. Just be aware if you change providers and equipment it might take time. Whoever told me to take my gateway/modem home plug it into the wall socket and follow the instructions and it will all work. Not true but if your patient finally everything including the smart printer works. However I discovered once the main problem was fixed I no longer needed the smart app., so yes I cancelled the smart printer and added back the one that had a couple other features that the smart didn’t automatically convert. So my word to the wise if you convert to 5G make sure you live in a 5G area because the support available for making changes could definitely be better or just available.

So I downloaded the app by mistake thinking it was an app that controls my printer. I download it it makes me sign up for a subscription, doesn’t use the app again. Ok tell me why it says I have to pay $9.99 now for it, i cant download ANY APPS or anything until this is delt with. I contact apple they told me to contact them to remove that so I don’t have to have that error again. I cant contact them because idk the email to contact them with because I can’t download the app again, my banking aswell says I have to contact them because it has insufficient FUND on my account because I am only a minor. I DONT HAVE money. So why are u trying to make me pay $9.99 for something I didn’t use. Give my my. Cancel subscription for this bc i already tried cancelling it in the App Store subscription and when I went to my purchase history it says I have to renew this app.

I don’t have WiFi at home and use a hotspot. My brother printer refused to connect to my phone through its app, until I found this app! It connected to the printer immediately, it’s very easy to use and install, and even with the free subscription lets me print all of my files, emails and web pages. Totally recommend!
