Mathway: حلول الرياضيات

I was kind of hesitant at first when I paid for this app, which was March of 2022. But I do not regret it one bit. This app has helped me in so many ways, and when you get the premium subscription, it makes everything so much better. I have been using this app to check my work and it is so fast and efficient. I love how there are so many different ways it offers to help solve the problem. For example, if you type a quadratic equation into the calculator, it would ask you how it needs to be solved, or what part of the answer you are looking for. It might come up with, “Solve for x, find the zeros, find the y-intercepts, solve with quadratic formula, solve by factoring” and etc. Point is, this app is just amazing. It saved my life during online school when I was having so much trouble with figuring things out and ultimately the teaching portion of the class fell on my shoulders since the videos didn’t actually explain anything. When I signed up for this, I was able to get a step by step explanation as to how the answer is what it is and why. I also really like the different types of problems it solves. Not only does it work accurately for algebra, but you can enter in physics questions, there’s a graphing calculator, you can work out trig, etc. To say the least, I am extremely satisfied with this app and strongly encourage anyone who is debating getting it to do so if you are going to use it a lot. Your money will not go to waste, this app does not disappoint.
I give this an easy 5 stars 👌🏽👌🏽I first found mathway in middle school in 6th grade I believe and it was amazing. I always kept it on my phone and it was a MUST HAVE math app. But the difference between now and then (I’m a sophomore now btw) is that it used to have free answer solutions. And since my parents won’t pay for the subscription and I don’t work I can’t see the answers that I need. All of my math teachers so far are my favorites because if I don’t understand something they will explain it to me in detail. But if I have math homework and I can’t figure something out, finding a way to by using one of the best apps I’ve ever used. Yes I can ask my teacher the next day in class but I like math because you have a chance to be assertive, I wanna find the answer out my myself and using an app helps me do so. ⭐️ So I would like to propose an idea that would allow however many days that you decide, free to see the work answers. I don’t use the apps a lot so I don’t know if you do that already, or if u have the app free over the summer (because one summer years ago I used it for IXL on the computer) but I would like for that to be a thing. Maybe 2 days out of the month? Twice every month or so and you have notifications telling when the next free date is coming up. Or per say you give us 4 days are free (and with a limited amount of 5 problems that day). So we can choose our own day to use our free “Tap to view tutorial” with an AD or something? That would be very much appreciated😊. ⭐️ But otherwise please keep up the good work in finding more solutions and better answers to problems, I would love to see something of my proposal come into play so I can do my homework much easier. I do use Photomath as well but I prefer mathway 😉. I give this an easy 5 stars 👌🏽👌🏽
Seriously saying, this app is literally just useless unless if you know the answer to math problems and want to check your answers. Otherwise, paying wouldn’t be a consideration for me. For those who are on a tight budget, and have a strong desire to reach their future career, I’d say paying wouldn’t be worth it, especially if you are just doing a living only as a student with no career and if you do not have enough financial support. I’ve lived a long way with this app studying all day and all night and yet there is high demand for paying just to get the work shown to get the idea why a question is answered in a certain way. This is why nowadays I read reviews from various books titled for math and read books that give a full explanation of how an answer is earned. As a life lesson it’s just good to say the fact that spending is not worth it for this app since there are various places and apps to ask questions related to learning math (at least in my area). This app should be like a substitute teacher or tutor for those who are having trouble, but the fact that there is such huge fee just ruins the reason why I should install this app. Teachers ask for showing work, and yet I’m stuck, having no idea what to do to get the right answers. This also goes to understanding how an answer is caught as well.
I have been using this a lot this semester so I decided to pay for the monthly subscription then I could cancel the membership at the end of the semester, but it doesn’t even work. The subscription shows in my subscriptions list in my settings but I still can’t view the steps, and when I attempt to see how the problem is solved it brings me to the menu to subscribe to the paid part of the app. Honestly though, other than that. This app works pretty great, solves problems the right way and you can select the method of how you want the problem solved. You can change what kind of math you are trying to solve, and the answers are pretty spot on. The predictive text is even really good on this, it’ll help solve word problems and you kind of don’t em have to type anything in sometimes. However, the keyboard is very buggy and you can’t type very fast. It’s also kind of hard to navigate as there are like 4 different keyboard menus to choose from, I always forget where to find things and it kind of takes a while to load the text sometimes. But it does solve the problems.

One of the strengths of Mathway is its ability to solve a wide range of math problems, from simple equations to complex calculus problems. The app provides a user-friendly interface that allows you to input your problem, select the appropriate mathematical operation, and get the solution in seconds. This is incredibly useful for students and professionals alike who need to quickly and accurately solve math problems. However, Mathway falls short when it comes to solving complex word problems. These problems often require more than just a simple calculation and require an understanding of the problem's context and language. Unfortunately, Mathway's algorithms are not yet advanced enough to solve these kinds of problems accurately. As a result, users may find themselves having to search for other resources to help them solve these complex problems. For example, common Ferris wheel questions, (trigonometry) where there is a word problem and a graph. That said, I believe that adding AI to Mathway could greatly improve its ability to solve complex word problems. AI could enable Mathway to recognize patterns and language structures within word problems, allowing it to better understand the problem and provide more accurate solutions. It would be an exciting development for the app, and I hope that the developers will consider adding this feature in the future. In conclusion, Mathway is an excellent math problem-solving app that is highly effective at solving most math problems. Its user-friendly interface makes it accessible to all, from students to professionals. However, it falls short when it comes to solving complex word problems, which is where AI could come in handy. Overall, Mathway is a must-have app for anyone who needs a reliable and efficient tool for solving math problems.
I used to absolutely love this app. I turned to it all the time when there was a bit of confusion in the notation of some equations where normal order of operations can't apply because of a badly written sentence. It did a lot to clarify certain concepts regarding notation and I learned quite a bit. The the UI update came. I can't make systems of equations. A section of piecewise functions is covered up by the undo dropbox if the first function is too long meaning you can't enter the domain. I can no longer use commas meaning I can't create a set of numbers to determine the mean, median, mode, or range. The square root, instead of taking both roots, takes the principal square root which might confuse solving quadratics. And, I can no longer solve composed functions. If these features are still possible, the oversimplification really makes higher math confusing, not simple. This app used to be great, but the new version failed to address the problems that the old version did have, the prominent one being that sometimes the equation was too big to fit into the box. Instead of making the box scrollable or zoomable, the size of possible equations has actually been decreased. You guys did what a lot of companies seem to be doing today. That is, in pride, try to fix something that is already perfect.
