I love this app, it’s so easy to use. I love the mockups and other cool stuff. I’m an Social Media Manager and Marketing specialist, so its possibilities are very important to me. I’m using a pro version. ❗️Recently I was trying to open an app to create some content for my projects and it couldn’t open.. I was trying to restart my iPhone, then I deleted an app few times, but I couldn’t open it. Only intro logo showed up.. After few days, I tried to open it again and it finally worked. ❗️❗️BUT my projects are gone. So please create some cloud for us to use our Google or Apple accounts to have access to our project everywhere and every time. THANK YOU!

My wife got scammed for 58$ and no one wants to do a refund. She subscribed for 3 days trial and it was written that you have 3 day trial for free ! But she got charged almost immediately for 58$. In support they said that she used trial back in 2021, but who’s going to remember that after 4.5 years and maybe app that time was named otherwise. But anyway it was not declared during subscription that she used trial before. Also client support says that they can do nothing with payments and returns, because Apple handle it. And Apple declined refund twice. But who is responsible for what is written during subscribing for 3 days trial ? Who? I don’t understand why it’s so hard to make a refund! You just count on people who forgot to cancel their subscription. That is unfair business. Not client oriented! Just legal scum that we have nowadays. I tell you one thing. Once I was subscribed to one service on annual basis and one day I decided that I don’t need it anymore but forgot to cancel their subscription. When the date of payment came I saw withdrawal money from my bank and kindly ask them that forgot to cancel their subscription and no longer planing to use their services and asked for refund. They did refund within one day without any questions. Still waiting for resolving this situation and refund. Please!I can give all details about my wife account or she can text you again.

About AI version

I really like the app for stories, reels and posts, I use it often, I bought a yearly subscription to the pro version. As for the AI version, I doubt whether to buy it or not. It would be cool if there was a good and affordable trial version of all AI tools, so that a person could understand whether all this functionality suits him or not. Developers, please add a trial version to try out all the AI tools and I am sure that many people will buy it without a doubt, who are hesitating now. And it would also be cool if there was a discount on the purchase of the AI version for those who bought a simple Pro version of the application for a year. Thank you

The problem with subscription

1) I have subscribed on your three days free trial period.2) After two days of using I unsubscribed and deleted app. (Not because the quality of app, it is good. - I just don’t need it anymore)3) after third day from the date of subscription money were debited from my credit card despite of unsubscriptionI’d like to know why money were debited from my card and how to return it.In the previous same cases in Reviews you wrote that after I purchase a trial period there is a warning that one year subscription will be activated automatically.But it is not true.Indeed, When you are trying to subscribe there is a warning that: “3 days trial - free. And starting from the definite date - 34,99 USD/Year”And there is NO any words about “automatically purchasing a year”Instead of it I received automatically a HALF A YEAR subscription for the price of a YEAR subscription, which I didn’t choose.Actually, this situation seems to me a bit fraudulent, because in the minds of people trial period means free period of using (without charge) during which I will decide whether I need your app or not.I really hope you will help me to solve the issue.

In the terms of use of our app, it's stated that paid subscription is activated after the trial period. There is a link to the terms of use in the app, and it's supposed that our users read these terms before using the app. It's a pity for us when our users don't read the tems and we have misunderstanding :( Payment can be made 24 hours before the end of the trial period, in accordance with the rules of the App Store. We have no influence on it. If you were charged, it means that you cancelled the subscription later than it was needed. Now, if you'd like to return the money, you can get in touch with App Store following this link - https://reportaproblem.apple.com/, since they handle all payment questions.
