The longest and most annoying survey even if you have an account

The app is cool for people who want to understand their body better, etc. I’m here for the bare minimum, though. The reason I gave it 4 stars is for more of a niche technical, but really annoying, reason. I used to keep logs with flo on my old phone. For about 6 months, using a tracking app got unnecessary for me. Please tell me why I had to skip through like 30 minutes of survey just to be greeted by “continue with google” to get into my good ol’ account on my new phone at the end? I guess my main problem is being bombarded with all the unnecessary features. It would be more convenient if you could (quickly) choose whether you’re just here for keeping track and occasionally reading an article. Don’t get me wrong, if the app can help people understand their body better it’s great. Just please move the “continue with…” buttons to before the survey.

No more Health sync

This is probably the best app out there for tracking the menstrual cycle — or at least, it was. Since December 2023, my data has stopped syncing with the Health app. I didn’t notice it right away and initially assumed it was due to switching to a new phone. I tried restarting the device, reinstalling the app, and logging in and out of my account, but nothing helped.Recently, I found a thread on Apple Discussions where many users mentioned the same issue. It turns out Flo has quietly dropped support for Health app synchronization.The most frustrating part is that this is not communicated clearly anywhere in the app. It still offers the option to enable syncing with Health, which is misleading.Sadly, this is the reason why I’ll most likely stop using Flo. The Health app is a priority for me, and having to enter data manually in multiple places is just not practical.Additionally, I ran into another inconvenience when reinstalling the app. Even though I already had an account, I couldn’t log in right away — I had to go through an overwhelming number of onboarding questions and repeatedly tap “skip” to move past them. This process feels really clunky and poorly designed.

Love your app, use premium version during last year, it is so convenient and useful. I was touched to see open access for Ukrainians after beginning this terrible russian war against Ukraine. Thank you very much! I didn’t see it immediately because of my current premium version, only after email from company. The support of the whole world really helps to feel ourselves not alone in this horrible situation. Thank you ❤️ It would be great if it could be possible to add Ukrainian language to the available languages 💙💛 because many Ukrainian people have used russian language version, but for now it is unacceptable.

Great app! Everything is accurate and on schedule, there have never been any deviations! Lots of useful articles and tips, as well as the opportunity to communicate with the bot, which describes possible problems and ways to solve them.
