So I installed this app from an ad. I like dancing, so I figured this might work and feedback is nice. But I was forced to buy before try. This is so not user friendly. There should always be at least 3-days trial or smth. How can I pay without knowing. I’m aware some people take trials and then complain they were charged later, but this is were you cancel your subscription if you don’t want to continue. But paying in advance not knowing what for??? No no no. Not user centred, at all. And then once you close this window with offers, it opens another one, with better offers, still for money. And then it says “free” and you click, but for real - it’s for money again. Terrible. I don’t recommend. Or just change your approach and make it more user centered and allow people try before buy. At least like some classes. One more thing - in order to get smth for free I was forced to write positive feedback back about this app I haven’t even tried yet. So weird. Either explain it to me or smth.

I had a terrible experience with this app. The subscription process was confusing, which led me to unintentionally add an extra product. Worse, there is no way to manage or cancel the subscription within the app I had to email their support team.Despite sending multiple emails requesting cancellation, I only received one response asking for my reason. Even after explaining, my subscription was not canceled, and I was charged again. To make things worse, I was charged twice for the same product at double the price.Their customer support is completely unresponsive, making it nearly impossible to unsubscribe. This feels like a scam. I strongly advise against using this app.

I wanted to try the service for one month, but after the very first session I realized it didn’t suit me. However, I couldn’t find any clear option to change or cancel the plan. Now the app has charged me twice the amount, and I don’t even understand what for. The subscription system inside the app is not transparent, which feels misleading for the customer.On top of that, my requests to customer support have been completely ignored. This is unacceptable and creates the impression of consumer fraud.

be careful! I bought a trial period for 7 days, they then automatically charged $15 for the e-book, then $35 for the premium annual subscription, and the next day they charged another $39 for the premium monthly subscription! Every day I write letters to the support service to cancel my subscription and get my money back! I haven't used this program for a single minute! they ignore me! subscription has not been cancelled! where else to go? Now they will withdraw money for the rest of their lives?
