“Life is beautiful.” That is the message that Singapore–based RapBot Studios wants to communicate to fans. The team’s handful of members got to know each other from working in a public library, where they started kicking around the idea of developing games during their mandatory national service. And their goal is to bring a fresh and relaxing experience to players.

What they’re known for
Tsuki Adventure and Tsuki’s Odyssey, two idle games built around Tsuki, the rabbit on the moon. While the gameplay differs, they share the same cute aesthetic and celebrate a relaxed lifestyle that’s an antidote to pressure and anxiety.

Behind the scenes
• One of the reasons the studio developed Tsuki Adventure? Given the popularity of cat-related games, the team thought it was high time for a bunny to hop into the spotlight.
• The moon is a central theme in both games, and the rabbit’s name, Tsuki, is Japanese for "moon”. In Tsuki Adventure, the moon waxes and wanes according to the lunar cycle in real life. In Tsuki’s Odyssey, all the character conversation revolves around a lunar theme and one of the plants that grows in the night is affected by the moon’s phase.
• All the inhabitants of Tsuki’s Odyssey are animals, but they have their own pets too – the even smaller geckos. They have big round eyes and tend to curl up like a cat.
• Players can name their geckos as they wish, but their default name is Slorchy, after the team’s pet cat.
