Minor improvements to the radio player

This version tries to play back M4A files which have not been optimized for streaming, by downloading them entirely. If you encode your own tracks, though, you really should make sure that they are optimized for streaming (ie. keep the index data at the beginning of the file).

Sometimes a server can reply with invalid character data (usually due to broken ID3 tags): Soundwaves now tries to be more tolerant and recover, if possible, from this errors.

Fixed a bug that could have caused some packet loss when streaming very large files

When using dark design, the dropdown for folder selection had black font on black background. It was probably too dark.

• When browsing a folder, "Add All" will now work recursively • The context menu on playlist items lets you remove all tracks from the same artist or album in one go
