Use Protern Clock to record an extremely accurate time code that can be used to sync your performance sensor data with video. Just plug your phone into any camera with a microphone input, such as a DSLR, and press Play.
Protern Clock generates a UTC (Universal Coordinated Time) audio time code based on the LTC SMPTE standard that can be read by sport specific programs such as Dartfish or Telemetry Overlay. These programs can then link the video with an external data stream to a precision of a hundredth of a second.
Why is this good?
Now you can add sensor data to more than PoV videos.

Overlay a skiers' Protern Sensor data onto video filmed by a coach.

Film from the shore and overlay the surfer's data generated from a GoPro
RC Airplanes
Film remote control airplane acrobatics from the ground and overlay flight dynamics

Film day at the track and overlay braking and g forces for a more interesting video
Easier edits
With a UTC timecode in a format recognized by most nonlinear editors, you can easily mix and match onboard footage with external footage, all while keeping the data in synced.
