Out of the Box Contractor has a full toolbox for General Contractors and professionals in other fields. • Contract templates • Customer database • Cost calculations (including expression support) • Ready-to-send document generation (PDF export) • Contract versioning • Payment schedules (select templates, Basic or Pro only) • Invoicing • Notes Invoicing features: • Import invoices from CSV, with field mapping • Export invoices to CSV • Stripe payment link creation (using a Restricted API Key, see documentation) Type in your info and items, pick your client info from Contacts, send the ready-to-sign contract as a PDF. Free (Lite) version lets you try it out with a single contract and single invoice at a time, using simple templates. With the Basic subscription you can have an unlimited number of contracts and line items, and you'll be able to use downloadable templates either from your parent company or our website. Pro subscription lets you create custom templates for setting up structured sets of work tasks, create easy pricing calculations using unit multipliers and variable-based expressions, that you can then use or share with your subsidiaries. Invoicing is included with both Basic and Pro subscriptions.
