“Can someone help me get my refund for this app I want to see what the app was about and I thought as usual they will give you a few days to use the app without the full subscription which was not the case. I am requesting my full year refund. This just happened as in 22nd June 2020 and I’m so annoyed they trick you into a year subscription not even a month which I won’t mind but a year for $30+ is ridiculous. PLEASE REFUND ME.”After the above comment the developers and apple sort out the issue. Thanks again
Developer Response This doesn't sound right. Facetune 2 is free to download and will not charge you unless a VIP package is purchased. You are welcome to use the free version of the app for as long as you want without ever purchasing a VIP package, it's always up to the user. If a VIP package was purchased unintentionally, you can reach out to Apple for a refund at any time. We are also happy to answer further questions at facetune2.support@lightricks.com.

Please put back paint and reshape free again! It’s almost not possible to use the app anymore. I would buy the full version but I am only 16.
