Regimy makes it easy to get stronger, and is easy to customize. The app has no ads, and has a full-featured freemium version. The app aims for peace of mind and results at the gym.
Close to 100 popular weightlifting programs, like StrongCurves programs, 531 programs, and more are in the app to help you get started without a hitch.
You can:
- Easily record reps and weights lifted, and set your next workout session’s weights.
- Easily calculate what weight of plates to put on each side of a barbell. Set up rest timers and notifications.
- Track your workout in gyms without good cell signal. Once a program is downloaded to your phone, everything except images and videos will work offline.
- For 531 programs, the app calculates what weights should be lifted, based on percentages of base weights.

Templates! You can now create an exercise from a template. It automatically attaches instructions, images, and video links to your exercise. Choose from over a hundred exercise templates.
The ability to make copies of program exercises has now been re-added into the app.

- Fixed bug where users lost their history for PPL/PHUL programs (sorry!). It should be restored upon updating the app.
- Fixed bug where personal exercises with variable weights were not moved over correctly into the new Regimy.
- Fixed bug where an existing workout does not update when a personal exercise inside the workout is modified via Edit Exercise.
- Fixed bug where users not following a program would see their app error when personal workouts tried to auto-add.
- Fixed bug where sometimes failure to schedule a notification would make the app error. It now fails silently. Will investigate so that it doesn’t fail.
- Re-added the ability to delete an exercise
- Re-added the ability to view an exercise’s progress history, both in list and chart form

It’s been a few years, but I have decided to bring this app back from the dead. I spent the past few months rewriting the app to have higher quality code, so that it can be less buggy in the future. It has a cleaner look, and better supports transitioning between programs. It also has a new calendar feature where you can go back quickly to older workout sessions. Also added is a new *working* customer support email.
Some things have been removed. Shared programs and weight tracking have been removed, a small number of users might find this disappointing. Progress visualization has also been removed for now, but it will be improved and re-added soon. Thanks for sticking around!
