It’s rare, but it’s here – Thailand’s favourite football club, Buriram United, is now available in EA Sports FC Mobile!
The App Store Editors have been following this latest update closely, and we caught up with two Thai FC Mobile pros and influencers, Diegomeng (Piyapon Ruangsri) and LyningMcQ (Sitthiporn Kannula), to get into the nitty-gritty of the new players’ stats and gameplay.

Buriram United in action
The first thing we wanted to know was how the team plays in the game, and Ruangsri and Kannula gave us the low-down of their experience so far.
Ruangsri found Suphanat Muenta the best fit for the current patch of the game, which, in his opinion, prioritises smaller, faster players with sharp shooting skills. On the flip side, he also highlighted Supachai Chaided whose height advantage gives him a further, more precise shot, making him a well-rounded goal scorer.
For Kannula, speedy Theerathon Boonmathan emerged as a Swiss Army knife of a Left Back and a solid choice for a Central Defensive Midfielder (CAM) too. One thing to note is Boonmathan’s feet spec, a 5-star left foot matched with a 3-star on the right, something that might prove to be a challenge when making offensive runs. Kannula also gives a thumbs up to Guilherme Bissoli, whose 4-star moving skill and sharp shooting power put him as a first-rate front-liner.
Local stars go global
FC Mobile gives players plenty of flexibility to form teams from their wildest imaginations, and Piyapon and Sitthiporn both have their own ideas for how Buriram United stars can work with players from abroad.
Ruangsri put Pansa Hemviboon alongside Dutchman Virgil van Dijk, a pairing well-matched in height and capable of producing a dangerous corner kick. For Striker Chaided, he chose Belgian Kevin De Bruyne as a CAM for his precision passing.
Meanwhile, Kannula saw Boonmathan as part of his dream 4-3-3 attack formation as a Left Back rivalling AC Milan’s Gianluca Zambrotta, with Bissoli coming in as CAM.
