SD-Remote v8.12 iOS and iPad Released: September 13, 2021 10 am Larger Track Arm buttons on iPads. Track Arm buttons no longer intermittently display the incorrect status. Track Name edits from SD-Remote are now consistently applied to the 8-Series. The False Take button is now always displayed on iPads. iPad Pro Home Bar no longer obstructs the view of the SD-Remote navigation icons. SD-Remote v7.30 Improved screen drawing performance. SD-Remote now automatically reconnects to the 8-Series after being put in the background or being interrupted by notifications or other OS events. File Transfer mode can no longer be activated while the 8-Series is recording or playing back files. Fader values are now displayed briefly when adjusted. Arm Lock status is now maintained after closing and relaunching the application. Next Scene edits from the Meter view no longer occasionally go unsaved.

SD-Remote v7.10 Release: October 15, 2020 Fixed Complete rework of the BLE MIDI layer to improve connection performance with Apple iPads. SD-Remote no longer goes unresponsive when the connected 8-Series Mixer-Recorder is powered on and off or if factory settings are loaded. SD-Remote no longer appears as if it is still connected to an 8-Series that is no longer available because the Bluetooth has been turned off or the unit is powered down. Timecode values are now displayed as --:--:--:-- when Timecode is set to Off. Channel Solos are now properly cancelled when navigating from a channel screen to a new meter view. Popup warning dialog box is now correctly displayed every time SD-Remote loses Bluetooth connection with the 8-Series device.

New Remote control of 8-Series fader levels from the Meters View.  New Channel Screens allowing for ISO metering, naming, trim gain control, fader control, pan control, mute, and PFL.  16 channel meter views. File Transfer button switches the 8-Series in and out of File Transfer Mode.  Change The connect icon no longer immediately disconnects SD-Remote from the connected device. This prevents unintentional disconnection. Various layout changes to accommodate the new features.

Fixed Auto-correct is now disabled when entering passwords. Text entry is now more responsive when editing Scene, Take, and Notes fields. SD-Remote now prevents the iPad from entering Auto-Lock. Application no longer closes unexpectedly when sitting idle. Rewind button no longer intermittently gets stuck on.
