Hi. I’ve been learning guitar with amped for two days and when I came to chords the device just didn’t recognize the right chord when I played it. I’ve tuned the guitar twice and tried again but the same thing happened “wrong chord”. The biggest problem is that I can’t advance if I haven’t played at least a few chords correctly, at least the app says they are again “wrong chords”. So I just don’t understand what’s wrong and was hoping if you could help me. Tnx

Hi there,Thanks for writing. There can be a few common reasons to why this happens. Try some of the hints below. If these don't work for you, send us an email on hello@zoundio.com and we'll do all we can to help you get it right.(1) When learning chords, it happens that users accidentally mute the wrong stings with their left hand fingers, or that they don't get a clear sound from each string in the chord. So make sure you only press the correct strings and frets, and that the chord rings out clear. It should sound the same as in the audio you hear before you start the lesson. You can watch the in-app video about open chords to learn more.(2) You should strum all strings in the chord evenly. Sometimes beginners only strum the 5 thickest and accidentally miss the thinnest string. Make sure you strum them all. You can take your headphones off to practice this a bit on your own before starting the lesson.(3) Some chords only include 4 strings while others include 5 or 6 strings. Make sure to only strum the strings that are included in the chord.(4) Always use a pick when playing(5) In rare occasions a background noice like an AC or washing machine can disturb. So make sure you're playing in a quite room./Amped team

I've been using the app for a few months and today I've decided to dedicate more time to practicing, so I purchased a one month subscription.The payment went through, then the app crashed and won't open again.I uninstalled it, downloaded it again and after clicking on login, the app crashes again and the same thing repeats over and over.Help please?
