Promising Concept, Frustrating Execution: App Reliability and Support Concerns

I want to express my disappointment and frustration with the issues I've encountered after purchasing the Pro Lifetime package.As a coding beginner on a tight budget, I was initially impressed with your app's interesting, comprehensive, and engaging lessons, especially considering the affordability for users like me. However, since acquiring the Pro Lifetime package, the app has consistently exhibited errors and problems. Despite the deduction from my bank account, the app continually prompts me to repurchase the package.I have reached out to your support team via email, and while they requested invoice information and suggested killing the app from recent apps, their responses have been unclear and haven't resolved the issue. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times, logging in and out, but to no avail. The support team's suggestions seem to be leading nowhere, and waiting for an update from the development team has left me in a state of confusion.Even worse, the app now struggles to launch, often hanging or loading indefinitely. This has become both irritating and frustrating, as I am unsure about what steps to take next. I sincerely hope you can address my concerns promptly and improve the overall system based on this feedback.The app and the money invested in it hold significant value for me, and I trust that your team will work diligently to resolve this matter.Thank you for your attention to this issue.

I am rather disappointed with the purchase of the add-on because the app contains multiple errors in the questions and doing it confuses me. Feedback given when answers are wrong are also not helping in telling why the option is wrong. It basically gives the answer directly or just tells you the answer is wrong. I feel that there should be more care in crafting. Really regret my purchase given how positive the reviews were.

Paid 1 month subscription after completing course could not even claim cert as it shows error, re downloaded app but did resolve issue . I think you guys are tricking people to take subscription in return for nothing. Please contact me if you can resolve issue , I would like a refund. I needed cert for school project. :(
