The app is really helpful and convenient whenever I need to check race schedules and dates. Breaking news is also instantly updated on the app and helps me stay updated on the lates and greatest in the world of F1.
Live timing needs work

Please enable the audio of the live timing and replays to play (with audio-only) when the phone is locked. Having to keep the phone unlocked to listen always results in battery drain and if you put the phone in your pocket sometimes it accidentally navigates away from the F1 app. Continuing to play the audio when the phone is locked is definitely possible - the Netflix app works that way. The TV broadcast of F1 in Singapore is shocking and as an avid fan, I love to listen to the audio broadcast (live timing replays) for all the sessions of a race weekend. This little tweak will make the experience so much better. Thanks in advance!

I think the app has a bug because I often got locked out only during a race weekend. I’m a yearly paid subscriber for many years now. This year is the first time I am facing this problem. For the past three race weekend my account were locked out during practice sessions and qualifying. I could not generate a new password and I have to write an email to the helpline. I wasn’t sure if they have solved the problem for me but I could suddenly sign in right before the race started. However, not for today when the race started at Paul Ricard. I got locked out and could not follow the live timing. This weird locked out incident only happens during race day! I’m very disappointed with this paid app.
Poor privacy and cookies settings

There is a pop up window asking you for Cookies with 2 options: Accept All and No, manage settings. I clicked on No, and chose what I wanted not to be tracked. But when I am done selecting, only option is to return back to the same screen with Accept All or No, and the only way to make the pop up box to go away is to click ‘Accept All’. I think this violates the privacy rights of users. Apple App Store should check on this.
This update includes bug fixes and general improvements to enhance stability and performance.
