Creating Space to Be with Jesus Throughout Your Day Daily Rhythms helps you follow the patterns of Jesus through simple, intentional practices that fit your real life. As we seek to cultivate the Culture of Christ, we turn to the rhythms of His life, modeling our own after His example. Three Daily Rhythms: Morning: Start the day in prayer and Scripture. Begin by making space to listen for God's voice before anything digital. 5 minutes or 50 minutes - quality matters more than quantity. The goal is to commune with the living God. Midday: Take breaks throughout the day. Step outside, move your body, or find moments of silence. Give yourself space to breathe as you enjoy God's creation. Use transition times for presence with God. Evening: End the day in reflection and gratitude using the Prayer of Examen. Replay your day with God - where did you see Him? Reflect on your feelings. Repent of moments when you weren't honoring God. Rejoice in His grace and goodness.
