When creating a ticket in ConnectWise, the app now automatically selects the default Agreement for the specified Service Board

An issue where Time Entries in Autotask were being created under the wrong Resource has been corrected
The Home module now shows your on-call schedule in the time zone of your phone/tablet, instead of in UTC
Within the Home module, the 'All Groups' tab now prompts you to pick which Notification Group to display, and automatically shows you all of the scheduled team members within that Notification Group

When you click on the Map "pin" within a ticket, you can take advantage of our new Mileage Tracking feature to easily submit an expense report for the mileage you drove. This feature supports both Autotask and ConnectWise (HaloPSA is next) - your team is going to love it!

The app will now show images that are in ConnectWise ticket notes
We've added two new status filters - "All Open Tickets" and "All Closed Tickets" for ConnectWise that make it easy to find the tickets you want to see, without having to select every single Open or Closed ticket status
This build includes fixes for a few small bugs, as well as updates to 3rd party packages

For anyone using ConnectWise, this update is for you!
The app now has a "My Tickets" option at the top of the Tickets module - making it easy for a technician to see tickets where they are either the Owner, or a Resource assigned to the ticket
We've overhauled the Filter capabilities in the Tickets module - for ConnectWise - to be much more user-friendly. We'll be extending this new Filter UI to other PSA in the next couple of releases.
We've removed references to "CRM ID" that was shown when editing tickets, or when using the SMS module. It was cluttering up the UI.
When you've got two PSA integrations configured in MSP Process, the app will automatically choose the first one in the list, based on it's alphabetical order.

We've made it easier to change the Type and Sub-Type of ConnectWise tickets
When creating a Time Entry for a ConnectWise ticket, a new 'Billable Options' field in your MSP Process user profile controls whether that Time Entry is configured to be Billable, No Charge, or Do No Bill

Addressed an issue where the app would crash if special characters, such as *, ? or + were input in the Ticket Search field
Adjusted the default Date/Time filter used by the Tickets module; it now defaults to showing all tickets (newest first), instead of only showing tickets that were created in the past week
When creating a new SMS chat in a ticket, the app now shows the name of the phone numbers (i.e. "cell", "office", "direct", etc...) associated with a Contact

Added a Verify tab on tickets, that allows you to do end-user verification right from the app. It's awesome!
Added a map icon in ConnectWise and Autotask tickets; clicking that map icon will open the Maps app on your device, and input the address of the client.
Addressed an issue where the app would crash if there were no Ticket Defaults configured for the PSA.
When modifying the customer for a ticket, there's now a Search capability that allows you to more easily find the customer in question.
Addressed an issue where the UI exhibited glitchy behavior when trying to choose a Messaging Configuration to start an SMS chat.

For our Autotask-loving MSPs, you'll see that we've updated the Tickets module with a new "All" and "My Tickets" options at the top of the module that make it easy to find tickets that are assigned to you. We've also added the ability to filter the list of tickets for Unassigned tickets.
We've addressed an issue where the app wouldn't allow you to login after setting up both MFA and biometrics.
We've updated the login page of the app to only show you the MFA Code field if you have MFA enabled on your MSP Process user account.

For ConnectWise users - you can now add, delete and action Tasks that are associated to tickets
