Playing audio through downstream pods ensures everyone hears the audio clearly, enhancing the overall learning experience. Banner Toggle On and Off Admins can easily enable or disable routing banners, and facilitators can control visibility of routing banners, preventing them from obstructing important content during presentations. This provides greater flexibility and a cleaner visual experience. Toggling off routing banners can also protect content sources. Password Upon Exit in Room Designer Previously, a user could accidentally close a virtual room by exiting it. Administrators can now set a password requirement for exiting a room, ensuring that room configurations remain secure and preventing accidental disruptions by unauthorized users. Password on Room Exit with Warning About Active Routing Lines Facilitators will be prompted for a password when exiting a room, along with a warning about active routing lines. This additional step helps prevent accidental disconnections and maintains session integrity. A Settings page was added to the Solstice Active Learning app, which can be integrated with mobile device management keys on iPadOS devices. Rooms list and general navigation were updated for ease of use. Error messages were improved. iPad Mini is now supported. Content routing and messaging no longer persist after logout or app exit. Messaging UI fixes. Organizations should update their Solstice Active Learning apps to this version and upgrade Solstice Pods to the latest Solstice version.

The Solstice Active Learning app will no longer incorrectly apply the same IP address to Pods that share the same display name, which resulted in identically named Pods displaying as offline. New Features - Enhanced In-Room Security. An Active Learning Administrator can optionally require a screen key be entered before connecting to the room. When enabled, the facilitator needs to enter a screen key for any of the team tables in the room before he or she will be allowed to connect. This feature is updated in the Active Learning section of Solstice Cloud. - Quicker Room Creation. An Active Learning Administrator can now duplicate team blocks or entire room configurations. To remove some of the repetitive tasks in creating and configuring an Active Learning room, the administrator can duplicate a team block to keep layouts consistent and make team block creation less tedious. Similarly, in the case that a building has similar room layouts, the administrator can duplicate an entire room configuration. Fixes and Enhancements - Improved Performance.
