PepTalkHer came from our Founder experiencing first hand the inequality of how male & female employees are treated.
Little girls receive less allowance than little boys and that wage gap grows throughout our lives. Frankly - that sux.
The gender pay gap is perpetuated by society, legislation & unconscious bias. While we can't improve ALL the challenges, we can help you to know YOUR value.
